Provided Cost and Project Management services for Vodafone’s 2016-2022 retail refurbishment rollout. This consisted of collating and monitoring the costs for 150+ stores across the UK, which are completed between April and December.

The individual stores required a cost manager to agree on the costs, these were then fed into an overall cost tracker to ensure that the overall budget was not exceeded.
