Fit-out of new boutique fitness facility within the Grade II listed tube station in Caledonian Road.
The facility focuses on group exercise with gym floor HIIT classes and a stand-alone spin studio forming the heart of the club.
We provided Cost Management, Project Management and Contract Administration services for the scheme, liaising with TFL to ensure that works didn’t impact the fifteen thousand commuters who used the station daily.
