Demolition of an existing building and the erection of a four-storey building to provide 18 self-contained flats with a new basement for parking. The main challenge on this project was the tight site demise which was also located adjacent to a main road and neighbouring properties. The perimeter CFA piling solution was chosen to get as close to the site boundary as possible.
