This project involved the design and construction of five floors, from Level 3 to Level 7, within one of the UK’s most sustainable office buildings, as part of the award-winning Finzel’s Reach regeneration initiative. Key features included the installation of curved, double-glazed, movable partitions, bespoke feature ceilings, acoustic wall panels, kitchens, tea points, custom joinery, lined curtains, and integrated storage solutions. Additionally, the project covered the installation of services, display elements, manifestation and signage, water taps, and coffee machines. There was considerable thought to sustainability and design throughout.
Added Value: The design team worked closely with employees across Osborne Clark to understand their working culture. This collaborative approach resulted in a workplace that promotes staff health and agile working, while also meeting strict sustainability standards.
