We returned to One Ely Place to support with the fit out of the second floor. The design and construction consisted of stripping out the existing walls, flooring, ceiling, and M&E services to enable a Cat A and B fit out. The second floor now has an open office space, with a kitchenette, phone booths, glazed meeting rooms with a movable partition, reception, and new WCs.
