We provided Cost Management & Employer’s Agent services for the refurbishment at Chiswick Park. The project focused on reconfiguring the retained space for CBS News to support a modern way of working, while simultaneously preparing an area of the first floor to be handed back to the landlord.

The project was fast-paced with a fixed completion date, leaving no room for delays. Weekly on-site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors were conducted to monitor progress and resolve issues, ensuring timely delivery.

Added Value: Revitalised CBS News’ existing office space with a fresh, forward-thinking approach to layout and functionality, designed by Area. The transition to a fully open-plan workspace, improvements to natural light throughout the floor, and the upgrading of the reception have provided employees with a more collaborative and welcoming experience.
