Our team provided Cost Consultancy services for the scheme, which involved an extensive refurbishment spanning approximately 23,500ft2 across six floors and more than 140 rooms. This included the speech therapy room, where King George VI was famously treated in the 1920s. Works included a full fit out of the basement area to create state-of-the-art MRI, Mammography and Ultrasound facilities, along with refurbishment works to the remaining floor space, comprising consulting rooms, treatment rooms, offices, and ancillary spaces.

Despite a challenging 44-week timescale, we successfully navigated the complexities of this Grade II Listed Building. Careful planning and meticulous attention to detail were required to preserve the historic charm and architectural integrity throughout the delivery of this project.
