We have recently completed the remedial restoration works for a mixed-use property at Commercial Street in Leeds City Centre for a new Vodafone store. The works were completed over a four-month period, which included returning the terracotta façade to its original condition and remedial works to the roof and upper floors. We provided the Cost Management services on this project.
