As part of our ongoing relationship with Third Space, we provided quantity surveying and contract administration services for the newly completed Wimbledon Club. Located within the Centre Court redevelopment, the expansive premium facility is home to Third Spaces' full proposition of services. In addition to a world-class gym and multi-function training space "The Yard", the club includes five dedicated group exercise studios for Cycle, HIIT, Hot-yoga, Mind & Body and Third Spaces' first dedicated Reformer Pilates Studio.
With a focus towards a holistic approach to health and fitness, the facility also has an expansive pool and spa offering incorporating a 25m swimming pool, hydro-pool, cold plunge, multiple saunas and steam treatments. A private members' lounge and treatment spaces were also incorporated into the scheme.
