A Cat B fit-out to create a meeting suite including new internal finishes, services, furniture fixtures and new equipment throughout. The space also included a commercial-grade kitchen to provide cooking facilities to cater for the meeting rooms.
The client was working within a very constrained budget, so to mitigate the risk of overspend, we provided regular cost reports throughout the project. This ensured continuous financial oversight and helped maintain strict adherence to the approved budget.
