We provided Cost Consultancy services for this Cat A and Cat B fit-out Virgin’s new London headquarters at the historic Whitfield Studios, one of the city’s most iconic recording venues, once hosting legends like The Rolling Stones, Madonna, and Elton John.

The four-storey space was transformed into a dynamic workplace for 400 employees, preserving its industrial character while seamlessly integrating Virgin’s distinctive brand identity. Structural reinforcements optimised the basement, while the design combined historic aesthetics with modern functionality. External works included a welcoming new entrance and tranquil outdoor area, reimagining Whitfield Studios as a vibrant, collaborative hub.
