This project provided a medical fit-out comprising 600m2 of diagnostic space including MRI, CT and X-Ray and 500m2 of consulting facilities. The building has impressive original ceilings formed of hand-modelled lime stucco on a riven lath and lime base. We acted as Cost Consultants and Contract Administrator on this project.
