A high specification Cat B office fit-out across four floors in Marylebone for a Swiss bank. The office included numerous private meeting rooms and offices with high acoustic properties.

Works were spread across multiple floors at high level within the building with limited space for deliveries and storage externally. We ensured that the proposed contractor had measures in place to deal with such logistical restraints and that necessary allowances were made for such measures.
