We provided Quantity Surveying services to The Crown Estate for the refurbishment of 2 Swallow Place, located just a minute from Oxford Circus. The project focused on revitalising the office spaces, using a cosy colour palette to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Alongside the office upgrades, we also refurbished the entrance lobby and common areas, creating a cohesive, welcoming feel throughout the building.

In alignment with the client's sustainability objectives, furniture from other properties within the portfolio was repurposed during the fitout, reducing waste and making the most of available resources.
