The refurbishment of the reception, third and fourth floors at 1 Vine Street for The Crown Estate
The third floor was delivered to a Cat A specification, with the fourth floor completed to a Cat A+ standard, incorporating meeting rooms and pods, along with a contemporary kitchen and breakout space designed to support flexible working and collaboration.
The project required careful isolation of services from the other occupied floors below, alongside the completion of M&E remedial works following validation.
