We provided cost consultancy services for the delivery of a new community health and wellbeing hub in Thanet, transforming a vacant former educational building into a modern, multi-functional healthcare facility.

The project brings a range of NHS services together within a single, accessible facility. The hub includes a community diagnostic centre, GP services and a range of community clinics, with consultation, counselling, and treatment rooms.

Designed to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency, the facility improves access to local diagnostics and care, enabling earlier intervention and more coordinated service delivery, while reducing pressure on hospital-based services.
