We provided Cost Consultancy and Employer’s Agent services for this modular new build at Stoke Mandeville Hospital, which included a Children’s Emergency Department and overnight observation ward. The project expanded the hospital's capacity, integrating new services and medical gases with the existing infrastructure.

Supported the creation of a dedicated paediatric emergency department, freeing up vital space in the adult emergency area, reducing overcrowding, and improving infection control measures. The modular construction also enabled faster project completion with minimal disruption to the hospital’s daily operations.
