Refurbishment of the National Tennis Centre for the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA). The focus of the scheme was the creation of new elite athlete training facilities, including a sports performance lab and physiotherapy suite, gym, changing rooms and players' lounge. In addition, the wider complex saw the refurbishment of LTA central offices, staff facilities, player bedrooms and learning spaces, as well as courts resurfaced. We have led the delivery of Nuffield Health’s capital investment programmes across their national fitness & wellbeing estate, maximising procurement efficiencies in areas such as:

• Spin studio concept.

• Changing room refurbishments.

• Sauna and Steam rooms procurement.

• Locker and locking mechanism procurement.

• Fitness flooring procurement.
