Refurbishment of the National Tennis Centre for the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA). The focus of the scheme was the creation of new elite athlete training facilities including sport performance lab and physiotherapy suite, gym, changing rooms and players lounge. In addition the wider complex saw the refurbishment of LTA central offices, staff facilities, player bedrooms and learning spaces as well as courts resurfaced.
