Conversion of a Cat A space within a warehouse on Heathrow Logistics Park into a Cat B office fit-out to incorporate new meeting rooms, offices, open plan working spaces, viewing windows added into the cold wall system to give visibility into the warehouse from the office, and a new canteen and toilet block.
This project was delivered in 14 weeks with a fast-paced pre-contract period.
