2–5 Devonshire Row Mews has undergone a significant transformation, converting the former car park and basement garages into a high-quality, modern life sciences facility.
The project involved extensive alterations to the existing structure and fabric to create a layout suitable for specialist laboratory and research use. Works included comprehensive civil and structural modifications, upgrading the building envelope to meet current Building Regulations, and facilitating the installation of new plant and services infrastructure to support the facility’s operational requirements.
The project included a strong emphasis on sustainability, prioritising reuse and recycling wherever feasible to minimise environmental impact.
