Anpora9Kingsway

We supported Anpora with the refurbishment of office space at 9 Kingsway, covering 715m² across multiple floors, to enhance appeal for future leasing. The works included upgraded tea points, phone booths, collaborative spaces, and a revitalised terrace.

Working closely with the Contractor, we reviewed the programme to compress the schedule by one week, enabling earlier handover and delivering cost savings through reduced preliminaries.

This marks the second project we’ve provided cost consultancy services for Anpora, following the successful delivery of works at 155 Fenchurch Street.
