We provided Cost Consultancy services for this refurbishment project of two floors of the existing office space, nestled within the heart of London’s financial district. The refurbishment included boardrooms, tea-points and breakout areas. The spacious rooms provide lots of natural light and views of London.

The project helped revitalise existing vacant office spaces in central London to attract potential tenants with an improved working environment and facilities.
