The refurbishment of 45–51 Great Ormond Street, transforming the upper floors to provide five residential units across the first, second and third floors.
The project included the reconfiguration of the ground floor entrance, alongside enhancements to the external terraces and roof areas, improving access and amenity for residents.
The works also incorporated targeted structural remedial interventions where required, carefully integrated within the wider refurbishment to support the long-term performance of the building.
