We are thrilled to announce that we have been appointed by Aequus Construction LTD to offer Quantity Surveying Services for Bath and North East Somerset Council.
Bath and North East Somerset Council has one of the largest commercial estates of any unitary authority, which over the years has supported the financial sustainability of the council. Following Covid’19, there has been an accelerated pace to change in markets, communities, and society.
This project will focus on re-purposing the commercial estate and creating affordable homes in a bid to be more flexible, embrace change, and meet both financial and environmental challenges.
The two year project commenced in August and will run into the summer of 2024.
