Founded in 2015, MESH Construction Consultancy is an independent cost consultancy based in London, specialising in a wide range of sectors, including Healthcare, Commercial Offices, Fitness & Wellbeing, Education & Science and Data Centres.

Our vision is to build stable, long‑term relationships with both our team and our clients by ensuring their needs remain central to how we operate. For our clients, our focus is on reducing risk, enhancing value, and delivering consistently positive outcomes.

Since our inception, we have delivered over 1,200 projects and established a strong reputation for reliability, efficiency, and the ability to draw meaningful insights from a diverse portfolio of work. With around 80% of clients returning for ongoing advice, MESH continues to demonstrate the value of a consistent and client‑focused approach.

Founded

Three directors formed our business. Established a base of 30 clients within our first year, all of whom we continue to work with.

2017

Framework Appointments

Within our first 24 months we were appointed on 5 national frameworks, delivering schemes across the UK.

2018

Business Growth

We reached two key milestones: securing our first international project and completing our 100th appointment.

2022

ISO Certifications

We've achieved our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, showing our commitment to excellence and high-quality management practices.

2023

Health Investor Award Winner

Won Property Consultant of the year 2023 at the Health Investor Awards, reflecting our delivery of over 700 healthcare projects

2024

Largest Project Win

Appointed on our largest project to date, working with major organisations on a £340m healthcare scheme; our turnover exceeded £3.5m.

2025

10 Year anniversary

Celebrated 10 years, moved office to accommodate our growing team, and won HealthInvestor Property Consultant of the Year award 2025.
