As part of our ongoing relationship with Third Space, we provided Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration services for the newly completed Wimbledon Club. Located within the Centre Court re-development, the expansive 45,000ft2 premium facility is home to Third Spaces’ full proposition of services. In addition to a world-class gym and multi-function training space “The Yard”, the club includes five dedicated group exercise studios for Cycle, HIIT, Hot-yoga, Mind & Body and Third Spaces first dedicated Reformer Pilates studio.

With a focus towards a holistic approach to health and fitness the facility also has an expansive pool and spa offering incorporating a 25m swimming pool, hydro-pool, cold plunge, multiple sauna and steam treatments ‘A private members lounge and treatment spaces are also incorporated into the scheme.
